Privacy Policy

PrepRep (“PrepRep,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Moss, LLC, 4541 N Prospect Rd, Suite 200, Peoria Heights, IL 61616. This policy explains what information we collect through preprep.ai and the PrepRep platform, and how we use it.

Account information. Names, work email addresses, phone numbers if provided, roles, and the station group and market each user belongs to.

Information you add. Prospect businesses, notes, deal stages and values, appointments, and the settings you choose for reports and spots.

Public business information. To build reports, PrepRep gathers publicly available information about the businesses your reps research, such as websites, search volume, public listings, reviews and public ad libraries.

People at prospect businesses. When a business's own website lists its owners or staff, PrepRep may collect their names and job titles so reps know who to contact.

Report views. When a rep shares a report as a tracked link, we record when the link is opened and how many times, so the rep knows when to follow up. We don't store the viewer's name, IP address or location with these records.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your plan, billing status and billing contact, but not your full card number.

Usage and device information. Sign-in times, approximate sign-in location (city and state, based on IP address), pages used, and technical information like browser type. We use this for security, including alerts about unusual sign-ins, and to improve the product.

Demo requests. The details you submit on our demo form.

To provide and improve the platform; to create reports, summaries and audio spots; to send account emails such as invitations, password resets, reminders and notices; to process payments; to respond to demo requests and support questions; and to keep the service secure. We don't sell personal information.

We use trusted providers to run PrepRep, including Stripe for payments, hosting and database services, AI and text-to-speech providers that generate report text and audio, search and business-data providers, email delivery, and error monitoring. They process information only to provide their services to us.

Information in your account is visible to others in your station group according to their role: reps see their own work, managers see their market, and admins see the whole group.

PrepRep staff can also access customer accounts to set them up, provide support, and keep the service running.

PrepRep uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to make the site work. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep account data while your subscription is active and for 120 days after it ends, so the account can be reactivated. After that, we delete it unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we're required to keep it longer, for example billing records kept for tax purposes.

Admins can update or remove users at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to appeal a decision about your request. To make a request, email info@preprep.ai. We'll respond within 45 days. We don't sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

We protect information with database-level separation between customers, role-based access, and encryption in transit and at rest. See our Security page for details.

PrepRep is a service for businesses and isn't directed to children.

We may update this policy. If changes are significant, we'll notify account admins by email before they take effect.
