- How is a seat priced?
- Each person who uses PrepRep is one seat. The price is per seat, per month, with a minimum of 4 seats.
- How does splitting prospects work on Pro?
- Your team gets 45 prospects per seat each month, and everyone starts with 45. Your account admin or a manager can move them around, so your busiest reps get more and quieter seats get fewer.
- Can I sign up online?
- Yes, for teams of 4 to 25 seats in one market. Pick a plan, pay by card, and your account is ready in minutes. You can change plans or add seats anytime.
- What counts as a prospect?
- Each business a rep researches in a month counts as one prospect. Each prospect includes 1 NeedMeter, 1 BrandScan and 3 SpotBot runs that month.
- What's a SpotBot run?
- One press of Generate. Each run writes and produces 2 different :30 spots for the prospect, so 3 runs give a rep up to 6 spots to choose from each month.
- Do you offer group or multi-market pricing?
- Yes. Teams with more than one market, or more than 25 seats, get Enterprise pricing built around the size of the group.
